Growth Partnership — Clean Marketing

Growth Partnership

Every channel covered. You only pay when it books.

What you have with us today

Paid ads are working for you. But they are the only thing online working for you.

Your website, your Google Business Profile, your social pages and your customer list are all sitting idle while the ads do the heavy lifting.

The problem

Paid ads rent attention.
Everything else you could own is switched off.

The day you pause the ads, the enquiries stop. A website that ranks, a Google profile that gets found, a social page that answers back and an email list that reminds people you exist — those keep working whether the ads are on or off.

Introducing

The Growth Partnership

We take over your entire online presence — website, search, Google profile, social, email and AI — and add it to your ad management for no monthly fee.

We earn a share of the first clean from each new customer it brings in. Nothing else. If it doesn't book you work, it doesn't cost you anything.

Eight services. One package.

Tap any service to see exactly what we do and how it's tracked.

What this would cost bought separately

Typical UK agency rates for a local service business, per month. Ranges, because every agency prices differently — but nobody does this for free.

ServiceTypical monthly cost
Website design & management£150 – £300
Local SEO with town & village landing pages£300 – £1,000
AEO — answer engine optimisation£100 – £300
Google Business Profile management & reporting£100 – £300
Social media management£300 – £800
Comments & messages answered£200 – £500
Chatbots & voice AI£100 – £350
Email marketing£200 – £500
Bought separately£1,500 – £4,000 a month
£18,000 – £48,000 a year
In the Growth Partnership£0 a month

Indicative market rates, not quotes. The point isn't the exact figure — it's that you'd be paying someone for all of this, every month, before a single booking came in.

Found in every place you cover

Nobody searches for "window cleaner". They search for a window cleaner in their town. We build a page for every town and village on your round, each one written for that place and linked to your booking system.

Then we make sure the AI assistants can read it too. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google for a window cleaner nearby, your business is the answer it gives.

Every page carries your tracked number and your online booking form, so we know exactly which page booked the job.

Example: a round across West Wiltshire

Window Cleaning in Trowbridge

Window Cleaning in Bath

Window Cleaning in Westbury

Gutter Cleaning in Trowbridge

Conservatory Roof Cleaning in Bradford-on-Avon

… one page for every place you work

Nothing goes unanswered

Every enquiry — call, form, message or comment — ends up in the same place: your booking system, with the source recorded.

What it costs

£0 per month

Your ad management stays exactly as it is. The whole Growth Partnership is added on top for nothing.

Instead, we take a share (plus VAT) of the first booking from each new customer who finds you through a channel we built — not through paid ads. Your existing customers are only ever charged when an approved email campaign books them something new, at a reduced rate.

How the share works

You're only ever charged for bookings we can prove we made

A booking counts only when it comes through a channel we built and run: your website and town pages, the tracked number on your Google profile, a social message or comment we handled, the chatbot or voice AI, or an approved email campaign.

Never charged

Your Google or Facebook ads. Referrals and word of mouth. Someone who saw the van, or rang your own number. Walk-ups and in-person quotes. Your existing customers' regular cleans. If we can't trace it to one of our channels, it's yours.

Through a referral from one of your customersNo chargeTheir recommendations are yours

No minimum. Half of one clean, never more than £750. Every clean after that is yours. Answer the phone and keep more of it.

All shares shown are exclusive of VAT, which is added to your monthly statement at the standard rate.

Big shares are spread out

Any share over £300 on a single booking is split across your next three monthly statements, so a large contract never dents one month's cash flow.

A one-off that becomes a round

If a customer booked as a one-off has another clean within 90 days, the first booking is treated as a regular clean and the difference goes on the next statement.

Work it out for your own prices

Switch on the services in a first booking and enter what you charge. The share is worked out on the spot.

Share is taken once, on the first booking only, and is exclusive of VAT. One-off bookings over £1,000 are charged at the one-off rate on the first £1,000 and 10% on the rest; no share is ever more than £750, and shares over £300 are spread over three statements. Every clean after the first is 100% yours.

What counts and what doesn't

Counts — a new customer who comes through

  • The tracked number on your Google Business Profile
  • The tracked number or booking form on your website
  • Any local town or village landing page
  • A social comment or message we respond to
  • The chatbot or voice AI
  • An email campaign we send

Email campaigns are the one place existing customers can be charged: any booking from a specific approved campaign is charged at a reduced 15%, whoever books it.

However it's booked — by us, by the AI, or by you on the phone.

Doesn't count

  • Bookings from your Google or Facebook ads — you already pay for those
  • Your existing customers — their regular clean, price changes, and any add-on they book themselves
  • Referrals through the referral system we build for you

Every source is recorded against the booking in your system, so you can see exactly where each customer came from and what was charged.

How you're billed

One statement a month, 30 days to pay, and you've had your customer's money long before ours is due.

Booked in the month

A new customer books on the 2nd or the 30th of September — either way it's a September booking.

Statement on the 1st

On 1 October you get a statement listing every attributed booking, its source, the value and our share, with VAT added at the standard rate.

Due 30 days later

Payment is due on 1 November, collected by direct debit. By then the September customer has been cleaned and has paid you.

If a customer cancels before their first clean

You're not charged. A confirmed cancellation comes straight off the statement, or is credited on the next one if it's already been paid. The next screen shows how it works.

The small print, in plain English

  • Shares over £300 on one booking are spread over three statements
  • Our share is never more than £750 on any booking
  • A cancelled customer who rebooks within 90 days is charged as if they never cancelled
  • A one-off that has another clean within 90 days is treated as a regular clean
  • Your review request already goes to every new customer after their clean — that doubles as confirmation the job happened

How cancellations work

Customers change their minds. When one cancels before their first clean, the booking never happened as far as our share is concerned — we only want paying for work you actually got.

You start it

Press cancel on the booking in your system. That's all you do.

We ask the customer

They get an email and a WhatsApp: "Did you want to cancel your booking with [your business]?"

One tap confirms

They tap yes and the booking is cancelled and removed from your statement automatically.

No reply in 7 days?

You can still cancel with a short reason. It's logged separately, but you're still not charged.

Why the customer confirms

It keeps the statement honest for both of us without anyone checking up on anyone. A tap from the customer is proof the booking genuinely ended, so there's never a conversation about whether a cancellation was real.

Cancellations go through this flow within 45 days of the booking. After that the booking is treated as done.

Two rules that keep it fair

  • A cancelled customer who rebooks within 90 days is charged as if they never cancelled — the lead was still ours
  • Cancellations are expected to stay a small share of bookings. If an account's cancellations run unusually high, we'll talk about why before anything else

The commitment

Six things we both sign up to. Tap any of them for the reasoning behind it.

After the first year, and if you leave

At month twelve, you choose

Stay flexible — same rates, three-month rolling.

Commit again — another 12 months and the rate drops to 40% on regular cleans and 20% on bookings with a one-off.

The answer-the-phone discount still applies either way.

If you step back

Keep the ads, drop the partnership — your website and the booking system on your home page stay. Local pages, tracked numbers and tracking come off.

Leave completely — everything we built comes down and the area reopens.

Your domain, your Google Business Profile and its reviews are always yours. The tracked number reverts to your own.

Leaving inside the first twelve months

30 days' notice, plus a £4,000 set-up charge reduced by one twelfth for every completed month — £3,000 after three months, £2,000 after six, nothing after twelve. This is separate from any share already paid on bookings. Bookings attributed up to the leaving date are still invoiced; nothing after it.
